Very pleasant chalet for 8 people on a surface of 130sqm. The chalet is on three floors with south-east balconies offering superb mountain views.

* 2ND FLOOR:
- two bedrooms with a double bed each (140), including one bedroom with ceilings lower than 1.80m.

OUR OPINION: a quiet chalet with exceptional exposure. Close to the Lachat link ski slope for ski-in / ski-out departures and returns. Access to the chalet is steep, is done on foot in winter; it is advisable to have a 4 X4 vehicle or to park on the 2 parking spaces located at the foot of the path and to go up on foot.

The chalet Le Bivouac, is an individual chalet, located in Le Lachat area, close to the connecting slope (blue slope) which enables you to have a direct access to the slopes of Espace Diamant ski area. Ski school at 3.5km (Mont Rond). Mini market and pizzeria restaurant at 300m. Centre village at 5km.
The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is located in the heart of Espace Diamant. With its 192km of slopes and its 6 resorts-villages linked (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will make the most of his holidays.
Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made of several hamlets, each one with its own particularity. Le Lachat, or NDB 1450, is the nicest area of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. Facing SOUTH, you will have the sun all day. It is a quiet and preserved area, with an exceptional open-view on the Mont Rond massif. Attention, car essential.
In summer, you will be close to many paths and will enjoy walking or mountain biking. The chairlift of Mont Rond, opened twice a week, will enable you to have an easy and quick access to the most astonishing views on the Mont Blanc. The lake of Flumet and its games for children are only 9km from the chalet.
