The Les Alpages residence consists of 6 buildings ideally located in the heart of the village of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, in the French Alps. Situated at the foot of the Espace Diamant ski slopes, it enjoys a privileged location, just 50 metres from the ski school.

The resort offers access to 192 km of interconnected ski slopes, linking Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies and Hauteluce. With slopes suitable for all levels, the ski area offers an exceptional playground for both beginners and experienced skiers, surrounded by beautiful Alpine scenery.
A central location in the village
The NDB 1150 area, the true heart of the resort, is the perfect place to enjoy everything the village has to offer. Shops, restaurants, activities and services are all within easy walking distance, providing a convenient and enjoyable stay in a typically Savoyard setting.

In summer, Les Alpages truly comes into its own with its private leisure facilities, available exclusively to residents.
Enjoy a private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off, relaxing and spending quality time with family after a day of hiking or mountain biking. Sports enthusiasts can also make the most of the private tennis court, extending their outdoor activities in a beautiful Alpine setting.
Please note: in accordance with the swimming pool regulations, swim shorts are not permitted.

Numerous hiking trails and mountain biking routes are accessible in the immediate vicinity of the residence. The Mont Rond chairlift, open several days a week during the summer season, provides easy access to higher altitudes and spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, including magnificent views of Mont Blanc.

Thanks to its central location in the Val d’Arly, the residence is also an excellent base from which to explore some of the region’s must-see destinations:
