The Logère gondola lift represents a major transformation for Crest-Voland. Commissioned in December 2025, it replaces a historic installation dating back to 1986 and embodies an ambitious modernization of the ski area, designed to meet today’s expectations in terms of comfort, efficiency, and overall visitor experience.
With its modern cabins, increased capacity, and improved access to the Lachat summit, it significantly enhances the flow of both skiers and pedestrians while reducing waiting times. More than just a lift, it acts as a key driver of attractiveness for the resort, strengthening its dynamic image within the Espace Diamant and contributing to the redevelopment of the snow front, including a clearer and safer beginner area.
Beyond the winter season, the Logère gondola plays an essential role in the resort’s long-term vision. Designed from the outset to be accessible to everyone (families, pedestrians, and people with reduced mobility) it operates year-round and opens up new opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain biking. It fully aligns with the strategy led by the SPL of Crest-Voland to diversify tourism and develop a vibrant, year-round destination.
This forward-looking project reflects a clear ambition: to evolve Crest-Voland into a sustainable four-season resort. By modernizing infrastructure, enhancing the living environment, and improving the landscape (notably through the removal of older installations), the Logère gondola stands as a strong symbol of this transition toward a more accessible, high-quality, and future-oriented mountain destination.
